Sky Kite Finance arranges mortgages with UAE banks. We do not lend money and cannot guarantee that any lender will offer you a mortgage, or offer it on particular terms. Every application is decided by the lender, after its own credit checks, valuation of the property and review of your documents.

Rates, fees and figures
Interest and profit rates on this website are examples only. Real rates depend on the lender, the loan size, the deposit, your income and profile, and market rates such as EIBOR, which change over time. Government and bank fees shown are based on published information at the date of writing and can change without notice. The figures in a lender's offer letter are the ones that apply.
The risks of a mortgage
- Your property may be repossessed if you do not keep up repayments on your mortgage.
- On a variable rate, or after a fixed period ends, your monthly payment can go up as well as down.
- Property prices can fall as well as rise. If you sell for less than you owe, you still have to repay the loan.
- Ending a mortgage early can mean an early settlement fee, capped by the Central Bank of the UAE at 1% of the outstanding balance or AED 10,000, whichever is lower.
- If your income is in another currency, changes in exchange rates can make your payments more expensive.

Protect yourself from fraud
Criminals sometimes pretend to be brokers or banks. Sky Kite will never:
- ask you to pay a fee into a personal bank account;
- ask for your online banking password, card PIN or a one-time code;
- ask you to transfer your deposit to us. Deposits and property payments go to the seller, the developer's escrow account or the trustee office, never to a broker.
