Why we do it this way

Inside a bank, you see the same thing again and again: good applicants turned down because they applied to the wrong bank, or approved on worse terms than another lender would have offered. Credit policy differs a lot from one bank to the next, and very few buyers can see it.

A broker can. We know which banks are comfortable with self-employed income this quarter, which ones accept a newer employer, which ones lend to non-residents from your country, and which ones have an approved list that includes the building you like.

So we start every case the same way: a conversation, then a check of your details against each bank's current policy, then a short list of lenders that will actually say yes. After that, we handle the application, the valuation, the offer letter and the transfer.

Islamic and conventional

We work with both Islamic banks and conventional banks, and with the Islamic arms of conventional banks. If you want Sharia-compliant finance only, we compare those offers. If you do not mind, we show you both and you pick on cost.
